Design Log

Bulb & Bloom explores how a shared geometric system can generate distinct identities through controlled variation. Built from the same parametric logic, each vase isolates a different formal operation while remaining part of a common visual language

Registered as BLB.bulb_exec.SBL, Sable develops through three successive volumes that shift around a changing vertical axis. Each section responds to the displacement of the one below it, producing a form that appears unstable locally while remaining balanced as a whole. The silhouette records equilibrium not as symmetry, but as the cumulative result of opposing shifts

Material Logic

Each 3D-printed piece is produced with carefully selected materials, chosen according to the object’s form, surface, and intended use. Depending on the finish, the material may appear matte, translucent, softly textured, or more uniform in color. Small variations in tone, surface, and layer visibility are part of the printing process and make each piece slightly unique
