FAQ
Are all objects made to order?
Yes. Every object is produced specifically for your order, helping us avoid unnecessary stock and waste
How long does production take?
Production time varies by object and is shown on its page. Delivery time is additional.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Get in touch as soon as possible. The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for goods that are not prefabricated and are made on the basis of an individual choice of or decision by the consumer, or that are clearly personalized. Production only after an order is placed (“made to order”) is not sufficient on its own. You may exercise your right of withdrawal before delivery; you do not need to wait for the order to arrive.
Can objects from one order arrive separately?
Yes. Objects may be produced and shipped from different locations. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Where do you ship?
We ship only to delivery addresses within the European Union.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping within the EU is free for orders of €90 or more. For orders below €90, shipping costs €6.90.
How long does delivery take?
The estimated delivery time is shown at checkout and depends on the object and destination. Production time is added to the delivery time.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email. You can also track it from your account dashboard.
What if my order is delayed or lost?
If delivery takes longer than the estimated time shown at checkout, please contact us.
Can I return an object?
Yes. You can return your purchase within 30 days of receiving it. The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for goods that are not prefabricated and are made on the basis of an individual choice of or decision by the consumer, or that are clearly personalized. Production only after an order is placed (“made to order”) is not sufficient on its own. See Shipping & Returns for more information.
How do I start a return?
To start a return, you can contact us through our Contact page or email support@systemicerror.com so we can provide return instructions. Contacting us first is not a condition for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer covers the return shipping cost unless the object arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
When will I receive my refund?
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal declaration. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first. The refund will be made to the original payment method unless we agree otherwise.
What if my order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect?
Contact us and include your order number and clear photographs of the object and packaging.
What materials are used?
Our 3D-printed objects are made from PLA or PETG. PLA is a lightweight, bio-based plastic with a clean, precise finish. PETG offers greater heat and impact resistance. The specific material is listed on each object page.
Why are the layers and small variations visible?
Layer heights are parametrically adjusted according to the curvature of the geometry. Visible layer lines and slight variations are natural characteristics of this process, making each object subtly unique.
Can the vases hold water directly?
No. Use the included glass insert to hold water and flowers.
Is the glass insert included?
Yes, whenever it is shown or specified on the object page.
How should I clean a 3D-printed object?
Clean it gently with a soft, damp cloth. Do not put it in the dishwasher.
Can heat or sunlight damage it?
Yes. Keep the object away from high temperatures and prolonged direct sunlight.
How do I choose the right size?
Check the size guide on each object page and compare the measurements with a T-shirt that fits you well.
What are the T-shirts made from?
They are made from 100% organic ring-spun cotton with a fabric weight of 180 g/m².
How are the T-shirts produced?
Each T-shirt is printed on demand by our production partner.
How should I care for my T-shirt?
Follow the instructions on the care label and our Product Care page to preserve the fabric and print
